Refund and Returns Policy:
Our goal at HERBOCTOR is to provide our clients with the greatest possible buying experience. When your product is dispatched, we make sure all necessary precautions are taken. However, we provide you with total peace of mind with safe and simple replacements or returns if, owing to an unanticipated circumstance, you are unhappy with what you have got.
Products may be exchanged or returned, provided they are returned within 7 working days after the delivery date, undamaged, unopened, and in original packing. The following conditions must be met.

• A video unboxing and product and box photos are required for every return request.
• A copy of the original receipt and a return/exchange authorization number are required for all returned goods.
• For any goods bought during a sale, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges.
• Please notify our Customer Care team of any product quality issues or damage within 24 hours of receiving the item.
• We disclaim all liability for any harm sustained following delivery. We do not cover damages resulting from misuse, incorrect application, or neglect by our exchange/return policy.
• We do not offer product pickup for returns made within 7 days of delivery; instead, customers can return the box using any courier service of their choosing. Refunds may take up to 21 days to process.
